Parents are invited to discuss the progress of their children with the teaching staff as often as necessary. Our fee structure is suitable for middle class families.The Authorities of the School will always welcome Co-operation of parents and their active involvement in improement of academic standards of their wards.

• Parents should send children to school in neat & clean dress.
• Go through the school diary and sign and suggest anything that will help the child.
• See that children complete their home assignment given by the teachers.
• The parents shall see that his/her child reaches the school before Assembly begins otherwiae he/she will not be permitted to enter the school.
• They are requested to countersign the Progress Reports of their wards and keep contact with the class Teacher/Principal by fixing a time with the Teacher/Principal.
• Take Advantages of the remedial classes organised by the school.
• Intimate change of address & Telephone No. as and when that occurs.
• Should pay the tution fees of their children regularly before 10th of each month. Such regularity is essential for maintaining the school because the rising cost of education makes it difficult to accommodates delay in payment. We insist on advance payment of tution fees every month.
• The pupils must clear the dues for obtaining the Admit card for different examinations.
• Check the haircut, uniform and punctuality of your ward in the morning.
• See that your ward carries books/exercise books according to the time table for that day. No extra books are allowed.
• Encourage your ward to take balanced interest in studies, Co-curricular activities and sports.
• Restrict daily pocket money. Excessive spending should be discouraged.
• Plan future education of your wards beyond the school in good time so that they may be eligible to complete with the maximum number of institutions for higher education.
• Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his/her expensive articles. There should be a name tag on blazers and sweater. Expensive articles like transistors, calculators etc. Should not be brought to school.They are also not allowed to wear jewellery in school. In case of violation of this rule, the articles will be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in school.
• If your ward absents himself from school he/she must make for the work missed by himself/herself the details of written work done in class can be noted down from the homework register of the class.
• If your ward is to leave the school campus during school hours, he must bring a letter explaining the reason. A gate pass will be issued with the knowledge of the class teacher by the principal. This must be presented at the school gate at the time of leaving.
• It is always advisable to write to the school about the problems of your ward for seeking guidance. Your letters will be replied, after discussion with the concerned teacher.
• In case parents want discussion with more than one teacher, a meeting will be arranged with the concerned teachers.
